Amber Products Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship within 24 hours. Most in-stock items are shipped via ground service and will arrive within 4-6 working days. A street address is required. Include your daytime phone number when ordering. All delivery charges will be applied to the first of multiple shipments. Claims and shortages must be reported within 48 hours of shipment. All packing materials must be saved.

Please note that orders are shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding major holidays).

Upgraded delivery services are available for an additional charge on any in-stock items. Call for details/options.

Shipping outside of the contiguous United States incurs additional fees for air freight service. Once your order is placed, a customer service representative will contact you with the additional charges.

Large orders or items such as equipment, furniture or customized items will be shipped LTL via common carrier. Please contact customer service for a custom quote.



Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, we will give you a full refund (shipping charges are non-refundable) within 30 days of purchase. Returns after 30 days are at the discretion of Amber Products. A 25% restocking fee will apply. You are responsible for the shipping charges on all returned items. No returns will be allowed on customized orders, videos, cd's and books. Equipment returns are only accepted when received in new condition in original shipping box. Used equipment is subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be pre-approved by Amber Products.
